FlowMynt is a product of MyntLab Technologies Limited("MyntLab," "we," "our," or "us"). MyntLab Technologies Limited is the principal company under which FlowMynt operates and is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy — meaning it determines how and why that information is processed.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information (name, email address, phone number)
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
- Content you create, upload, or generate through our platform
- Communication data when you contact our support team
2.2 Information From Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect a social media account (such as Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok or Snapchat), that platform shares certain information with us under the permissions you approve on its consent screen. Depending on the platform this includes:
- Your account identifier, username, display name and profile picture
- An access token that lets FlowMynt act on your behalf — stored encrypted, and used only for the features you enabled
- A list of your posts, with their captions, thumbnails and links, so you can review them in FlowMynt
- Performance metrics for your account and posts (such as views, reach, likes, replies and follower counts), used solely to show you analytics
- Comments or replies on your posts, where the platform permits and you have enabled that feature
We use this information only to provide the features you connected the account for — publishing content, showing analytics and engagement. We do not sell it, use it to build advertising profiles, or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed in Section 4. Disconnecting an account in your settings stops all further access; you can also revoke FlowMynt's access from the platform directly, and you may request deletion of the data we hold at any time (see Section 6).
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- Log data (access times, error logs, performance data)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Personalize your experience and provide content recommendations

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who process information on our behalf and under our instructions. At present these are:
- Render — hosts our application and database, and therefore processes all information we hold
- Cloudinary — stores the media files you upload to FlowMynt
- Zoho (ZeptoMail) — delivers the emails we send you, and receives your name and email address for that purpose
- Paystack and Stripe — process payments and receive your email address and billing details
- Sentry — error monitoring; may receive technical identifiers from requests that fail. Passwords, access tokens and secrets are removed before anything is sent
- OpenAI and Runway — power our AI features and receive only the text and prompts you compose; they do not receive information from your connected social accounts
- Social Media Platforms: To publish content to your connected social media accounts (as authorized by you)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data

Our service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
